**Store Executive**

**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra
**Experience**: 1-3 Years
**Education**: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily store operations including **receipt, issuance, and storage of cutting tools** and other mechanical items.
- Maintain accurate **stock records** and ensure timely **updating in ERP/system**.
- Identify and maintain **tool life records**, consumption patterns, and reordering levels.
- Coordinate with the **production and tool room teams** for tool availability and issue based on job requirements.
- Ensure proper **labeling, tagging, and storage** of tools to prevent mix-up and damage.
- Monitor and control **minimum and maximum stock levels** to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct **periodic physical stock verification** and reconcile with system inventory.
- Manage **returnable and non-returnable tools** and maintain documentation for the same.
- Work closely with the **purchase and planning departments** to ensure timely procurement of tools.
- Follow 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards in the store area.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in **Mechanical Engineering**:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in **store management** with a focus on **cutting tools** (inserts, holders, drills, end mills, etc.)
- Experience working with **ERP systems** (SAP, Tally, or equivalent) for inventory tracking.
- Proficient in **MS Excel**, documentation, and basic reporting.
- Good understanding of **tool consumption planning**, regrinding cycles, and tool costing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **automotive or precision machining industry**.
- Exposure to **CNC machining processes** and related tooling.
- Understanding of **ISO/TS documentation** related to stores.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
