
Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing potential customers and converting them into sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations and solutions.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, products, and pricing.
- Report on daily/weekly sales activities, customer feedback, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to enhance the sales process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area/region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
