Job Title: Housekeeping Coordinator

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Type: Full-time

Industry: Hospitality / F&B (Resto-Bar)

Reports To: Restaurant Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all housekeeping staff and cleaning schedules.
- Ensure timely and thorough cleaning of dining areas, bar counters, restrooms, kitchen support areas, and outdoor seating (if applicable).
- Maintain hygiene standards as per FSSAI and health & safety regulations.
- Conduct daily walk-throughs to inspect cleanliness and upkeep.
- Monitor housekeeping inventory (cleaning supplies, equipment, etc.) and place restocking requests.
- Train and brief housekeeping staff on service standards, safety protocols, and daily responsibilities.
- Liaise with maintenance for any repairs needed in public or service areas.
- Handle guest or staff complaints related to hygiene or cleanliness promptly.
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and supply usage.

- Freshers can also apply
- Strong organizational and team coordination skills.
- Familiarity with hygiene standards in hospitality (FSSAI, local health regulations).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English and Hindi/Marathi for effective communication.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certification in housekeeping, hospitality management, or facility services is a plus.
- Experience in a resto-bar, café, or QSR environment.
