**Job Summary**: We are looking for an experienced, organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join Hotel Lerida and lead our housekeeping team. This role is essential in ensuring that our rooms, restaurant, and public spaces meet the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards for our guests’ comfort and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the daily housekeeping operations, assigning tasks to ensure all rooms, restaurant, and common areas are cleaned and well-maintained.
- Conduct room and facility inspections to verify cleanliness, order, and that our standards are met.
- Provide training for new team members on housekeeping procedures, guest service, and hotel policies.
- Manage housekeeping schedules, making adjustments based on hotel occupancy and special events.
- Conduct daily team briefings to outline tasks, communicate updates, and share feedback.
- Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and order housekeeping supplies, monitoring inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth room turnover and exceptional guest service.
- Enforce health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning materials and adherence to guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel setting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
