Key Responsibilities:

- Learning Welding Techniques: Assist with basic welding tasks and learn various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick welding) under supervision.
- Fitting & Assembly Support: Help fit and assemble metal components, ensuring they are aligned and securely fastened.
- Blueprint Familiarization: Learn to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints to assist in the assembly and fitting process.
- Tool & Equipment Handling: Become familiar with welding machines, grinders, and other fabrication tools.
- Quality Checks: Assist in inspecting finished components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Safety Awareness: Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment while handling equipment and materials.
- Collaboration: Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with senior welders and fitters to complete tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,225.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
