Welder/fitter

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding methods (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc).
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear.
- Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and other team members.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or equivalent; vocational training or welding certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a welder in a similar role.
- Knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
