As a Studio Executive specializing in video shooting assistance and scheduling, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our video production projects. Working closely with our production teams, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing resources, and providing logístical support to facilitate successful video shoots. Your role will encompass:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Production Coordination**:

- Collaborate with producers, directors, and department heads to create detailed production schedules for video shoots.
- Coordinate equipment rentals, location scouting, and other logístical arrangements to support production requirements.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and clearances are obtained for filming locations.
- **Resource Management**:

- Oversee the allocation of resources, including crew members, equipment, and props, to support production needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services for video shoots.
- Monitor inventory levels and track equipment usage to optimize resource allocation and minimize downtime.
- **Scheduling Assistance**:

- Assist in scheduling talent auditions, rehearsals, and fittings, ensuring timely coordination and communication with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with talent agents and agencies to finalize casting decisions and negotiate contracts.
- Facilitate communication between talent, crew, and production teams to ensure everyone is informed and prepared for their roles.
- **Logistical Support**:

- Provide on-set support during video shoots, assisting with set-up, organization, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Coordinate transportation and accommodations for cast and crew members, ensuring smooth logistics throughout the production process.
- Address any logístical challenges or issues that arise during video shoots, implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, budgets, and expenses, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and industry standards.
- Generate reports and updates on project status, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
- Conduct post-production analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
