Position: Junior Architect Location: Hamerkop Design Studios, Kalamassery, Kochi Experience: Minimum 2 years About the Hamerkop: Hamerkop Design Studio is a creative architecture and interior design firm based in Kochi. We are known for our attention to detail, modern design sensibilities, and collaborative approach to spatial design. Role Overview We are seeking a Junior Architect who is passionate about architecture, design innovation, and technical precision. The ideal candidate should be skilled in conceptual design, drafting, and 3D visualization. Key Responsibilities - Assist in developing architectural concepts and design presentations. - Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and sections using AutoCAD. - Create 3D models and high-quality renderings for client presentations. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and the internal design team. - Participate in site visits, documentation, and execution coordination. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. - At least 2 years of professional experience in architectural practice. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray, or equivalent tools. - Strong design communication and visualization skills. - Knowledge of materials, detailing, and construction techniques. - Team-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
