_**Must HAVE (INTERNATIONAL Voice Support) - DESKTOP, AD, Windows Server, O365**_

**Responsibilities**
- Technical Support/Service helpdesk/IT Helpdesk experience with the **US, EMEA, and Australia clients/Customers**

**- Expertise on Active Directory**
- **Microsoft 365 Apps Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting**
- **Desktop connectivity troubleshooting**
- Printer installation and support

**- Client VPN installation and support**

Active Directory user management and troubleshooting
- **Hands-on experience on user Active directory administration & management**
- Hands-on experience with user Office 365 administration & management
- Advance knowledge of Windows 10 diagnosis and troubleshooting

**- Advance knowledge of Windows server roles i.e., AD, FNP, DHCP, DNS, RDS**
- **Advanced knowledge of Application support and troubleshooting**
- Good understanding of Azure
- **Windows networking basics and management i.e., Firewalls, Switches, ISP,**

**- Understanding of Backups**

**- Understanding of VMware and Hyper-V**

**- Root Cause Analysis and Incident Analysis/Trending**

**Skills**
- Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills (Must have)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Must be a team player but should also understand the importance of individual contributions.
- Self-motivated and directed, able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high
- pressure environment.
- Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation including night shifts.
- The work location will be decided by the Organization depending upon the business requirement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
