**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain plastic pouch sealing machines for packaging skin care, cosmetic, and oral care products.
- Ensure proper machine setup, alignment, and sealing parameters for different packaging materials.
- Monitor the production line for quality control, ensuring proper sealing strength, accuracy, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards.
- Maintain production records, batch logs, and reports as per company policies.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
- Assist in packaging process improvements and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Hard Skills (Technical Skills)**:
✔ Experience in operating plastic sealing machines (manual, semi-automatic, or automatic).
✔ Knowledge of heat sealing, vacuum sealing, and other pouch sealing techniques.
✔ Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and packaging guidelines.
✔ Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills.
✔ Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality control measures.

**Soft Skills (Interpersonal & Work Ethic)**:
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
✔ Ability to work in a team and collaborate with production staff.
✔ Time management skills to meet daily production targets.
✔ Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues quickly.

**Education & Experience**:
Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass, ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field is preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pouch sealing or packaging operations in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries is a plus.
