- Monitor Lead Sizing and Keep the average at 30 leads per user
- Complete account opening process, Saathi, Drishti
- Training
- Handle 2 mentors
- Achieve the Business KRA - Agent Productivity
- Train the team on Opening, closing and objection handling skills
- Drive Knowledge sessions and get 100% coverage
- Doing Calls Audit Everyday
- Doing 5 Mock calls everyday
- Drive Referral Business - Lead creation per user wise

- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of broking & operations knowledge.

Advisor JD

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio for long term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short/ medium term.

2. To keep abreast with market knowledge and market intelligence

3. Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk.

4. Develop and maintain long term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
