Network Stock Solution (NSS) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand & Supply Planning is an integral part of the EVO Financial system. NSS is the primary system for network inventory and physical asset management. All transactions of inventory and asset movement are recorded in the NSS system. It is also used as the primary source of data for inventory and physical asset management. All network asset field movements are updated through NSS mobile Application across all NSS local Markets.

The purpose of this role is to ensure e2e implementation for BAU Enhancement of Network Stock Solution (NSS) and IBP across all NSS local markets by eliminating roadblocks. NSS/IBP Project + UAT Support Expert will be responsible to ensure smoother project implementation and perform end to end UAT.

- Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Support End to End NSS BAU Projects - starting from business requirement understanding till successful delivery
- Review Test scripts & perform end to end User Acceptance testing in NSS / IBP
- Prepare training documents & provide necessary training to local markets on NSS / IBP BAU Enhancements
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects across local markets
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders of SCM local markets, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Support developing a detailed project plan to track progress across local markets
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client - Project partner and all stakeholders - Local markets
- Create & Track Global NSS Demands in Vodafone automated tool
- Key performance indicators:

- Meeting deadlines
- Perform E2E UAT for NSS & IBP
- Compliance of processes and tools with SCM policies
- Results of initiated and implemented process changes
- Quality of reports and project material
- Contribution to the team’s knowledge base

**Experience**:

- Knowledge of Logistics and Warehouse Operation
- Must be expert in S4 / EWM - MM and WM Module
- Must have experience in User Acceptance testing and Project Management support
- Must have at-least 3 years of relevant experience in reputed organization
- Ability to influence stakeholders to take action / facilitate buy-in of recommendations
