**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for architectural projects based on US standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and project coordination.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Handle clash detection, model validation, and project documentation.
- Work closely with international clients to meet deadlines and design expectations.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BIM modeling.
- Proven experience working on USA-based architectural projects is a must.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software.
- Strong understanding of US construction codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹11,756.29 - ₹35,939.38 per month
