- **Subject Knowledge**: Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and knowledge of database management, networking, and cybersecurity.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
