Job Title: Server Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled freelance Server Engineers to support onsite projects at client offices and data centres. The role involves retrieving logs from IT devices such as switches, servers, routers, and firewalls, conducting basic health checks, and preparing detailed reports.

Interested candidates must register and create an engineer profile on our company platform:

. All tasks and assignments will be shared through the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned client sites or data centres to perform onsite work.

Collect and extract system/device logs (servers, switches, routers, storage, etc.).

Perform basic device status checks (uptime, performance, connectivity).

Document findings and prepare structured technical reports.

Escalate critical issues to client IT/security teams when required.

Ensure compliance with client's site access and data security policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience as IT Support Engineer / System Engineer / Network Engineer.

Knowledge of networking devices (Cisco, Juniper, HP, etc.) and servers.

Ability to retrieve logs via CLI/GUI tools.

Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments.

Strong technical documentation and reporting skills (Word/Excel/PDF).

Excellent communication and client-facing ability.

Flexibility to travel and work onsite.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Must register on

Freelance/contract-based availability.

Valid ID for data centre/site entry.

Deliverables:

Device/system logs collected as per project scope.

Daily/weekly progress updates.

Final detailed report submission.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹10, ₹45,285.64 per month
