Job Details:
Location: Mumbai

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Career Counselor (Inside Sales) to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves connecting with prospective students and guiding them toward selecting the right UG/PG online courses, helping them achieve their academic and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand the educational needs and career goals of students to recommend appropriate programs.

Build trust and rapport with prospective students by providing personalized guidance.

Convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating the value and benefits of the courses offered.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a goal-driven environment.

Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales or academic counseling is required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

Sales Abilities: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for helping students achieve their goals.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
