**Job Overview**:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing *Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities* and building strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to drive student enrollments for Arena Animation. This role requires a proactive, result-oriented individual with strong networking and communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:

**1. BTL Marketing Activities**:
- Plan and execute BTL campaigns, including:
- Educational fairs & career counseling sessions.
- Seminars & workshops in schools and colleges.
- Roadshows, kiosk setups, and promotional activities in high-footfall areas.
- Flyers, brochures, and banner placements in strategic locations.
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, branding, and event logistics.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of BTL campaigns and optimize accordingly.
**2. School & College Tie-ups**:
- Identify potential schools, colleges, and coaching centers for partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with principals, career counselors, and faculty members to organize Arena Animation sessions.
- Conduct career-oriented seminars, workshops, and guest lectures to promote courses.
- Collaborate with educational institutions for scholarship programs, industry visits, and exclusive tie-ups.
**3. Lead Generation & Conversions**:
- Generate leads through BTL activations and institutional partnerships.
- Ensure follow-ups and conversions from inquiries to admissions.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
**4. Branding & Awareness**:
- Increase brand visibility through innovative outreach strategies.
- Distribute marketing collaterals (brochures, banners, standees, etc.) in target locations.
- Leverage student testimonials, social media promotions, and referral programs for awareness.
**5. Coordination & Reporting**:
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and support.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities, leads generated, and conversions.
- Provide insights on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
**Key Requirements**:
- Experience: 1-3 years in marketing, preferably in education, ed-tech, or training institutes.
- Skills Required:
- Strong networking & relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to organize and execute events efficiently.
- Result-driven mindset with a focus on lead generation & conversion.
- Knowledge of BTL marketing strategies and institutional partnerships.
- Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in student recruitment, college outreach, or educational marketing is a plus.
