KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Operational effectiveness

1.1. Working with the infrastructure team, ensure that standards are properly enforced and new releases/ infrastructure projects are properly communicated and deployed at site and Mumbai

1.2. Responsible for utilization of consistent IS methodologies

1.3. Responsible for the provide IS related support to Chemistry/PD PLC Systems

1.4. Responsible for the provide local site support in Servers Management/Maintenance including VM.

1.5. Ensure the requirements are represented in the requirements and design phases of the standardization / globalization process.

1.9. Assess all IS related risks on site, with Engineering, Automation and Quality, recommend and follow-up action plans

1.10. Be the service provider for Engineering, Automation and Quality Information Systems

1.11. Run IS or business projects for the site

2. Documentation and Reports

2.1. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for both the sites

2.2. Global reporting on Lean activities as and when required.

3. Role of Risk Management Head

3.1. Provide direct Support to the Management to Implement an IS-Risk Management Culture covering all site’s activities using Computerized systems (incl. PCS, DCS, SCADA), and concurring to both IS Security and IS continuity objectives

3.2. Ensure proper implementation of Zentiva IS Security Policies and Procedures

3.3. Maintain IS Security and Risk awareness

3.4. Coordinate proper implementation of remediation actions resulting from Dispensations, Audits and Risk analysis

3.5. Ensure actionable Disaster Recovery Plans for critical local systems are available

3.6. Ongoing Support, Maintenance of DR Plans and coordinate DR exercise

3.7. Coordinate and perform the annual review of IS Risks incurred by the site.

3.8. Report Key Process Indicators (i.e. Security Incidents, Patches, Virus Detection, Site Risk Profile, Recoverable Systems, etc.) to Management

3.9. Ensure an actionable Business Continuity Plan is always available
