**Position Overview**:
As an **AI x Marketing Innovation Associate**, you will be responsible for **designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered marketing solutions**. This role is ideal for someone who brings a **deep understanding of both marketing psychology and AI tools** — and wants to work on high-impact experiments, campaigns, and product prototypes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with creative, data, and strategy teams to build **AI-enhanced marketing campaigns**:

- Leverage tools like **ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI, Zapier, and HubSpot** for smart content automation and personalization
- Build and test **data-driven marketing workflows** using no-code or low-code platforms
- Analyze campaign and consumer data using **AI models** and **visualization tools** (e.g., Power BI, Python, or Looker Studio)
- Design and execute **experiments for user behavior prediction, sentiment analysis, and funnel optimization**:

- Create internal tools, prompts, and dashboards to scale marketing efforts
- Continuously research emerging trends in **Generative AI, NLP, and Marketing Automation**

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (internships, freelance, academic projects count)
- Strong knowledge of **digital marketing principles, user behavior, and storytelling**:

- Proficiency in at least 2 of the following:
Prompt engineering, Python, Google Ads, Zapier, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Power BI, Figma, SEO, ChatGPT API
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio of **marketing campaigns, AI tools, or automation workflows**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with **AI marketing platforms** (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT plugins)
- Experience with **low-code automation** (e.g., Make, Bubble, Airtable, Notion API)
- Passion for building scalable systems and experimenting with emerging tech
- Knowledge of **branding frameworks**, **growth hacking**, or **neuro-marketing**
