**Responsibilities**:
Site Management:
Oversee daily operations at various sites.
Ensure all activities align with project timelines and objectives.
Monitor site activities for compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordination:
Liaise between project managers, team members, and stakeholders.
Coordinate with local vendors and service providers.
Manage logistics, including materials and equipment procurement.
Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for site-related inquiries.
Facilitate effective communication among team members in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
Conduct regular briefings and updates with the team.
Market Knowledge:
Utilize local market knowledge to source suppliers and contractors.
Analyze market trends to inform project decisions.
Maintain relationships with local stakeholders and community members.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.
Document site activities and any issues that arise.
Track budgets and expenses related to site operations.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to achieve project goals.
Provide support and guidance to junior staff and site workers.
Foster a collaborative work environment.
Problem-Solving:
Identify and address any challenges on-site proactively.
Implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Escalate issues to management as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in site coordination or related roles.

**Skills**:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Attributes:
Local Resident: Must be from Chennai to ensure familiarity with the area.
Adaptability: Ability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
Team Player: Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
