Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Execution & Supervision:

- Oversee and coordinate manual and modular interior work to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Supervise the installation of modular furniture, cabinetry, and fixtures, ensuring proper alignment and finishing.
- Monitor and manage manual craftsmanship, including carpentry, polishing, and on-site custom work.

**Team & Vendor Coordination**:

- Manage and guide on-site labor, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and procurement teams to align execution with design intent.
- Address on-site challenges and provide quick, effective solutions.

**Quality Control & Safety Compliance**:

- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards for both manual and modular work.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Identify and resolve workmanship issues proactively.

**Material & Resource Management**:

- Verify material deliveries and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Minimize wastage and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with the cutlist team and procurement team for timely material availability.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain daily progress reports, highlighting work completed, pending tasks, and site challenges.
- Communicate updates with project managers and stakeholders to ensure transparency.
- Document site measurements, modifications, and as-built conditions when required.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in supervising high-value interior projects with both manual and modular work.
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture installation, custom carpentry, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, cutlists, and technical specifications.
- Expertise in managing workforce, coordinating vendors, and resolving on-site challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project reporting and site documentation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or project management tools is a plus.
