As a Junior Architect, you will assist in the design and development of architectural projects under the supervision of senior architects and project managers. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all phases of the architectural process, from conceptual design to construction documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to design discussions, and support project delivery with creative solutions and technical expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**:

- Assist in the development of architectural concepts and schematic designs.
- Prepare sketches, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design ideas.
- Contribute to design presentations and client meetings.
- **Technical Documentation**:

- Participate in the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Assist in building code analysis and compliance reviews.
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors to integrate engineering systems and specifications into architectural plans.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Support project managers in coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Assist in reviewing contractor submittals, shop drawings, and construction progress.
- **Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research on architectural precedents, building materials, and construction technologies.
- Analyze site conditions, zoning regulations, and environmental factors to inform design decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with architects, designers, engineers, and clients to develop comprehensive design solutions.
- Communicate effectively through verbal, written, and visual presentations to convey design intent and project requirements.
- Actively participate in design charrettes, brainstorming sessions, and project meetings.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Assist in reviewing project drawings and documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards.
- Conduct on-site inspections and field surveys to verify construction progress and quality of workmanship.
- Identify and address design issues, conflicts, and discrepancies during the construction phase.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural design and project documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software.
- Strong design sensibility and visualization skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects and technical proficiency.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹37,511.53 per month
