**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural/landscape design solutions for projects.
- **Drafting & Drawings**: Prepare design drawings, working drawings, and presentation drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- **3D Visualization & Rendering**: Support in creating 3D models, visualizations, and renders using SketchUp, Lumion, or other rendering software.
- **Site Planning & Analysis**: Conduct site visits, site analysis, and documentation to understand project requirements.
- **Material & Plant Research**: Research materials, plants, and sustainable design solutions for landscape and architectural projects.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**: Work closely with senior architects, landscape architects, and project teams to assist in project execution.
- **Client & Vendor Interaction**: Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and vendors to understand project needs.
- **Documentation & Reports**: Assist in preparing design reports, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project documentation.
- **Compliance & Regulations**: Support in ensuring that designs comply with local building codes and environmental regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
