The Staff Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and practices. This role involves assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, and evaluating patient outcomes while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Assessment**: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional health, documenting findings accurately.
- **Care Planning**: Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, considering patients' needs, preferences, and medical history.
- **Implementation of Care**: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor patient responses, and provide patient education regarding health management.
- **Monitoring**: Regularly assess and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments; alert physicians to changes in patient status.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- **Patient Advocacy**: Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that patients' rights are respected and their needs are met.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records in accordance with facility policies and legal requirements.
- **Education and Support**: Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health issues, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- **Infection Control**: Adhere to infection control protocols and promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing education and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
