**Public Relation Officer**

**Location**:_**Thirumazhisai, Chennai; Anna Nagar, Chennai**_

*Facilitate smooth coordination between Management, Staff, Parents and students.
*Receive planners and curriculum material from support programs and ensure the availability of the same with the teachers and students.
*Give feedback received from teachers related to materials/planners.
*Draft Memos and Circulars
*Keep track of support programs and co curricular activities.
*Monitor the activities related to Sports & Performing Arts.
*Organize events and induction programs for teachers.
*Generate MIS Reports as on a periodic basis and submit to the Management.
*Responsible for staff recruitment
*Conduct and Organize demo sessions/prelim interviews for the selection of teachers.
*Formulate policies and procedures as per Management\'s instructions
*Having regular communication with parents regarding students performance.
*Proactively organize teacher workshops, staff development and student enrichment programs
*Maintain discipline and conduct regular assessments of students
*Conduct Student Induction
*Conduct orientation sessions for teachers
*Assist the Management with Performance appraisals.
*Do regular rounds of school intermittently and supervise infrastructure maintenance and cleanliness of school
*Document and report day to day activities of the school to the Management.
*Responsible for School academic calendar preparation, School Magazine, School diary and news letters.
*Maintenance and updating school website on a regular basis.
