**Job Summary**:
The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment or systems at client locations. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on customer service. The technician will travel to customer sites to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment or systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections.
- Educate customers on proper usage and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Complete service reports, documentation, and customer feedback forms accurately.
- Maintain tools, parts inventory, and service vehicle (if applicable).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with technical support, engineering, or sales teams as needed.
- Respond to service calls and emergencies during or outside normal working hours (if required).
- Keep up-to-date with product training and technical developments.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI Fitter, Electrical, Diploma.
- 6 Months - 1 year of experience in a similar field service or technical support role.
- Solid understanding of systems or equipment.
- Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Basic computer skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
