As a Credit Operations Executive, you will
- Create awareness about credit and convince customers to enroll for the Compay's credit program
- Be responsible for end-to-end onboarding of customers in Company's credit program. This includes working closely with field team to complete documentation
- Present new ideas to improve customer credit onboarding process; responsible for continuously improving onboarding process
- Be responsible for achieving monthly onboarding targets set by the Company.
- Monitor onboarded customers for their performance and drive higher adoption among onboarded customers

**Requirements**:

- Good Experience in Credit Operation role
- Good Knowledge in Accounts Background
- MS Excel (must)
- Quick Learner
- Ability to Understand the Problems.
- Should not have a Restricted Domain Work Attitude.
- Good Time Management and Organisational skills
- Excellent Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills
- Highly Motivated and Detail-Oriented individual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Bengaluru - 560026, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (required)
