**Job Overview**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies between financial statements, ledgers, and bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Monitor and analyze monthly financial performance against the budget and provide insights to management for corrective actions.
- Oversee and manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Liaise with vendors and clients for payment-related queries and resolutions.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of invoices and receipts.
- Utilize financial management software (ERP systems like Tally, SAP, or others) to enter, process, and retrieve data efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- CA Intermediate (IPCC) completed (both groups).
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Hands-on experience with financial reporting, tax compliance, auditing, and accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling, etc.).

Pay: ₹15,198.75 - ₹30,865.55 per month
