**Job Title**: Production Incharge

**Experience**: 5-7 years
**Qualification**: Textile-related or relevant degree
**Most preferable for woven-related experience.**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with different departments to meet production targets.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to optimize output.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards throughout the production process.
- Manage and train production staff, fostering a productive work environment.
- Maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining product quality.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
