**Experience**: 3+ years
**Qualification**: Textile-related or relevant degree

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the cutting department operations.
- Ensure accurate cutting of fabrics according to specifications.
- Monitor and maintain cutting equipment and tools.
- Coordinate with production teams to meet deadlines.
- Train and guide cutting staff on best practices.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure fabric integrity.
- Maintain records of cutting patterns and inventory.
- Optimize cutting processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline production.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
