**Designation -**Associate

**Mode of work** - Work from office (24X7 rotational shift, 6 days / week)

**Role & responsibilities**
- Receiving inbound calls and greeting the caller queries
- To understand the query and route the call to concerned department/s
- Inbound domestic voice process (Bengali and Hindi) - no sales target
- Graduation with Honors is **mandatory** in any stream may apply
- Aptitude towards customer care with good listening skills
- **Willing to work in rotational shifts (Morning: 6.30 AM to 1 PM, Evening : 1 PM to 9 PM and Night : 9PM to 6 AM)**
