**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate têxtile looms to weave **high-strength webbing** as per technical specifications.
- Set up looms (threading, warping, tension adjustment, pattern settings) for production runs.
- Monitor loom performance and check webbing quality for defects such as loose threads, uneven edges, or weak weaves.
- Ensure that webbing meets **load-bearing and safety standards** required for lifting slings.
- Record production data, machine settings, and any downtime/issues.
- Conduct routine cleaning, oiling, and minor repairs to ensure loom efficiency.
- Report major technical issues to maintenance or supervisors promptly.
- Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized production floor.
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting process optimizations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Loom Operator in **têxtile / webbing / sling manufacturing** preferred.
- Knowledge of shuttle, needle, or jacquard looms used in webbing production.
- Basic mechanical skills for adjusting loom settings and handling minor repairs.
- Strong attention to detail with focus on **durability and safety compliance**.
- Physically fit to handle shift work and machine operations.
- Minimum education: 10th pass / ITI / Diploma in Textile Technology desirable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
