Dyeing Mchine Operator

We are seeking a skilled **Dyeing Machine Operator** to manage the dyeing process for industrial webbing used in lifting slings. The role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining dyeing machines to ensure consistent color, strength, and finish of webbings while adhering to quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor **dyeing machines** for processing woven webbing materials.
- Prepare dye solutions according to specified shades, formulations, and recipes.
- Load and unload webbings into machines, ensuring proper handling to maintain strength and durability.
- Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pH, timing, speed) to achieve consistent dyeing results.
- Conduct **in-process inspections** to check for color fastness, shade matching, and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of dye batches, recipes, and production logs.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of dyeing machines.
- Follow safety procedures while handling chemicals and operating machines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Dyeing Machine Operator** in têxtiles (preferably webbing or industrial fabrics).
- Knowledge of **dyeing techniques, chemicals, and têxtile color fastness standards**.
- Ability to operate **high-temperature dyeing machines, continuous dyeing machines, or jet dyeing machines**.
- Strong attention to detail in shade matching and fabric strength preservation.
- Basic understanding of machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing/shift environment.
- Minimum education: 10th pass / ITI in Textile Dyeing or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
