Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat disorders of the female reproductive system, including the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, and vagina.
- Perform routine screenings such as Pap smears, mammograms, and pelvic exams.
- Provide contraception and family planning advice.
- Manage hormonal disorders, menopause, and menstrual irregularities.
- Treat infections and sexually transmitted diseases.
- Monitor and manage the health of pregnant women.
- Perform prenatal care, ultrasounds, and diagnostic tests.
- Manage labor and delivery, including vaginal and cesarean births.
- Handle high-risk pregnancies and complications, such as preeclampsia and gestational diabetes.
- Provide postnatal care to ensure the health of the mother and baby.

- Compassionate communication and bedside manner.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations like childbirth complications.
- Attention to detail and precision in both diagnosis and treatment.
- Ability to provide emotional support during sensitive and stressful situations.

**Educational Requirements**
- **Undergraduate Degree**: A pre-medical bachelor's degree with coursework in biology, chemistry, and physics.
- **Medical School**: Completion of a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) program.
- **Residency**: A 4-year residency program specializing in obstetrics and gynecology.
- **Board Certification**: Obtain certification from a recognized medical board (e.g., American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or equivalent).
- **Licensure**: A valid medical license to practice in the specific region or country.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Expected hours: 8 - 21 per week
