Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
**On-Page SEO Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for ranking improvement.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and images for targeted keywords.
- Ensure website structure, navigation, and content are SEO-friendly.

**Off-Page SEO**:

- Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Monitor backlink profile and disavow harmful or low-quality links.
- **Content Strategy & Creation**:

- Collaborate with content writers to ensure content is SEO-optimized and aligns with keyword strategies.
- Help design content marketing strategies that drive traffic and engagement.

**SEO Audits & Reporting**:

- Conduct regular SEO audits to assess website performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on keyword rankings, traffic, and other SEO metrics.

**Competitor Analysis**:

- Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and implement best practices.
- Track industry trends and stay updated with SEO and search engine algorithm changes.

**Technical SEO**:

- Work with web developers to optimize website loading speed, mobile-friendliness, and technical issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of structured data (Schema Markup), canonical tags, and redirects.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track SEO performance.
- Optimize and test landing pages to improve conversions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in SEO or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and website management systems (WordPress, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with local SEO and e-commerce SEO.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of paid search (Google Ads).
- Understanding of social media’s role in SEO.
