**BE / Diploma in Mechanical**
**3+ years of Experience as supervisor**

**Responsibilities -**
a) Preventive Maintenance:
Create and follow regular maintenance schedules for all equipment, doing inspections to catch issues early, and keep records updated.

b) Supervision and Leadership:
Lead and train a team to complete maintenance tasks on time, assigning work and giving technical help.

c) Repair and Maintenance:
Oversee fixing mechanical systems, ensuring quick and effective repairs, and work with suppliers to get necessary parts.

d) Safety and Compliance:
Ensure all maintenance follows safety regulations and standards, and make sure the team is trained in safety protocols.

e) Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate with other departments and keep management informed about maintenance schedules, equipment status, and any issues, while preparing reports on these activities.

**Required Skills -**
a) Excellent leadership and team management skills.
b) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
c) Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
d) Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
e) Strong communication skills in Kannada and English.
f) Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
