**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Caller at HyperScale Leaders Tribe located in Pune. As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and generating leads for our sales team. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering incoming calls, and addressing customer inquiries.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

**Salary**: ₹8,396.40 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
