Founded by **Smita Arya**, Omala Wellness is more than just a brand—it is a movement towards **holistic health**. We are now looking for a **Marketing & Operations Executive** to help us expand our reach and streamline our operations.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Marketing & Operations Executive**, you will be responsible for managing **marketing activities** (except social media marketing), **handling sales & lead generation**, and **overseeing administrative operations**. This role is ideal for someone who is **goal-oriented, self-driven, and looking for long-term career growth**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Marketing & Sales Responsibilities**
- Oversee all **marketing activities** (except social media marketing) and ensure brand growth.
- Manage **Facebook marketing** including Reels, Photoshoots, and **website management**.
- Assist in **website creation, content updates, and product listing**.
- Execute **marketing strategies** through collaborations on Instagram, **corporate gifting, and offline exhibitions**.
- Develop **marketing materials** such as brochures, catalogues, and sales presentations.
- Work on **lead generation and conversion** to increase sales.
- Conduct **market research** to identify trends, customer preferences, and business opportunities.
- Manage and optimize **website content** to improve customer engagement and online sales.
- Implement **Google Ads, website ads, and performance marketing strategies**.

**2. Administrative & Operations Responsibilities**
- **Coordinate with vendors** (e.g., packaging suppliers and manufacturers).
- **Handle deliveries** and ensure smooth product dispatch.
- Maintain and update **customer data and vendor records** for business efficiency.
- Assist in **managing customer queries** and providing post-sales support.
- Organize and oversee **day-to-day business operations** for smooth workflow.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in marketing and operations (preferably in wellness, FMCG, or retail industry).
- **Educational Background in Marketing, Business, or related fields** preferred.
- Strong **communication skills in English** to interact with vendors, clients, and team members.
- **Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Office, Canva, and website management**.
- Ability to **handle multiple tasks efficiently and take initiative**.
- **Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven** - willing to take responsibility and drive business growth.
- Knowledge of **ads management, website marketing, Google Ads, and performance marketing**.
- **Trustworthy, honest, and courageous** - able to work independently with integrity.

**Additional details**:

- **Location**: Prakriti Marg, Sultanpur farm, New Delhi
- **Work Days**: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
- **Working Hours**: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM _(Would increase after 4-6 months as per work requirements)_
- **Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
- **Probation Period**: 15 days
- **Preferred Age Group**: Below 30 years
- **Joining Date**: Immediate
