As a System Admin at Dew Software, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of our clients' IT systems. You will work as part of a team of skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex systems issues. **Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain the stability of clients' IT systems and networks.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
- Install and configure software and hardware, ensuring system and network security.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations, procedures, and processes.
- Provide technical support to end-users in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the IT industry.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in system administration.
- Good understanding of Linux and Windows server operating systems.
- Familiarity with Virtualization, Storage, and Backup technologies.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in AWS
