**Job Title: System Admin**
**Qualification: Bachelor’s / Diploma in Computer Science / IT or related field.**
**Experience: 0-6months [2year bond is mandatory]**

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and network systems.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user accounts.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery, and patch management.
- Manage firewalls, VPNs, and security policies to safeguard data and networks.
- Provide technical support for end-users (hardware/software/network issues).
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure license compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware, software, and service support.
- Document IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Implement system upgrades and improvements for better efficiency.
- Support Windows Live Mail / Outlook mail setup, configuration, and backup.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts.
- Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Familiarity with MS Office tools and basic troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team environment.

**Location: Bangalore**
