**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Recruitment**: Identify and actively recruit prospective students through various recruitment channels, including school visits, college fairs, information sessions, and outreach events.
- **Interviews and Evaluations**: Conduct interviews and evaluations of prospective students to assess their interests, goals, and suitability for the institution, providing recommendations to the admissions committee as needed.
- **Financial Aid Assistance**: Provide information and assistance to prospective students and families regarding financial aid options, scholarships, grants, and other forms of financial assistance to support their educational goals.
- **Events and Outreach**: Plan and coordinate admissions events, open houses, campus tours, and recruitment activities to engage prospective students and showcase the institution's programs, facilities, and campus community.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, faculty, administrators, and student ambassadors to support recruitment efforts, enhance the admissions process, and contribute to the overall success of the admissions team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Prior experience in admissions, recruitment, student counseling, or related fields preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with prospective students and families and provide exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of higher education admissions processes, policies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, admissions software, and database management preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for recruitment events and activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
