Key Responsibilities:

- **Admissions Process Management**:

- Guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Provide detailed information about academic programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid options.
- **Prospective Student Outreach**:

- Conduct outreach activities, including information sessions, campus tours, and one-on-one meetings with prospective students and their families.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the institution and its programs.
- **Application Review and Evaluation**:

- Coordinate with academic departments and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough and fair admissions process.
- Prepare and present recommendations for admission decisions to the admissions committee.
- **Enrollment Management**:

- Monitor and analyze enrollment data and trends to support recruitment and retention strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and recruitment strategies to attract a diverse student population.
- Track and manage the admissions pipeline to achieve enrollment goals and deadlines.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate admissions-related events, such as open houses, campus visits, and recruitment fairs.
- Represent the institution at various external events and conferences to promote programs and engage with prospective students.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information and admissions data.
- Prepare reports and analyze data related to admissions and enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and regulations related to admissions.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide personalized support and guidance to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or student services, preferably in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with admissions software and systems is advantageous.
