**Urgent hiring Experience Desktop Support Engineer**
**JPLoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — Jaipur, Rajasthan**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily technical support for desktop, data, and server management
- Install and test desktop computer peripherals
- Make system changes in accordance with organizational policies
- Conduct remote desktop troubleshooting for end-users and maintain documentation of any issues
- Collaborate with other functional departments to maintain technical documentation

**Requirements**:

- 1-4 years of experience in desktop support, network troubleshooting, and system administration
- Strong background in computer science or information technology
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users on a regular basis
- Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot technical issues
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and desktop hardware
