**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Quality Assurance (QA) Trainee** to join our team. As a QA Trainee, you will work closely with our QA engineers and developers to learn testing processes, execute test cases, and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality products. This is an entry-level role, ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start their career in software quality assurance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand the software development life cycle and QA processes.
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and executing test cases and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, issues, and inconsistencies.
- Work closely with developers and senior QA engineers to reproduce and resolve defects.
- Participate in team meetings, review sessions, and training programs.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and best practices in QA.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, or test management tools is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a QA career.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
