**Urgent Opening for Customer Service Executive Profile at SAR TRANSPORT_Ghatkopar, Mumbai.**
- Bookings & Coordinating with Airlines for Flight schedule & Issues
- Handling daily planning of clearance.
- Tracking the consignment till it reaches to destination & informing delay/early reaching of shipment to customer with reason.
- Handling final claim if shipment lost, damage, pilferage in transit.
- Handling courier & cargo related queries.
- Handling customer escalations and critical cases
- Handling all cargo warehousing activities and reporting to manager.
- Following up with customer and dispatching goods accordingly.
- Coordinating with clients, airlines and handling Haz, Non-Haz & Narcotics, temperature shipments.
- Handling DG shipment
- Knowledge of dangerous goods with regards to proper certification, markings, labeling and packaging.
- Ensuring all packages have proper dangerous goods paperwork with shipments as per IATA and airlines policy.

**Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply)**

**Industry Type -**Ports & Shipping

**Qualification -** Graduation

**Salary**: ₹10,620.13 - ₹20,000.00 per month
