**Location : Pune (On Site)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Video Production & Editing: Create engaging videos, from ideation to execution, including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Content Strategy & Conceptualization: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards aligned with the brand’s goals.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, social media updates, and video innovations to create relevant and shareable content.
- Cross-Platform Adaptation: Optimize videos for various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging social media channels.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all video content aligns with the brand’s style guidelines and is of the highest quality.
- Performance Analysis: Measure and analyse video performance metrics, using insights to refine future content strategies.
- Equipment & Asset Management: Manage and maintain video equipment, software, and other media resources to achieve optimal video output.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience: Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
- Creative Skills: A strong sense of storytelling, creativity, and visual aesthetics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to new trends and technologies.
- Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing previous video work and creative projects.
- Should have Laptop
- Should have their own professional Camera

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience in creating video content for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
- Knowledge of photography, animation, and graphic design.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles related to video content.

Pay: ₹13,173.69 - ₹35,936.53 per month
