**Job Overview**:
As a **Sales Officer** at Magic Paints, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing relationships with customers, and ensuring the effective distribution of our products in the assigned region. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives and expand the market presence of Magic Paints.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Magic Paints products in your designated area.
- Develop a strategy to increase sales and market share for Magic Paints in the region.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Identify and target potential customers to expand the business.
- **Product Promotion and Marketing**:
- Promote Magic Paints products through various channels such as retail, online, and direct sales.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and promotional events to showcase product offerings.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop a competitive edge.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market demands to the product development team.
- **Sales Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client communications, and market activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- **Order Management and Customer Support**:
- Process orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to products or services.
- **Collaborative Teamwork**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely product distribution.

- **Requirements**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paints industry.
- **Skills and Abilities**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity with sales software and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Other Attributes**:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
