**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create and curate engaging content tailored for various social media platforms.
- Grow the follower and subscriber base across all social media channels.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Track and report on social media performance using key metrics for each platform.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on performance reports.
- Collaborate with teams to create content that aligns with brand goals and audience engagement.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in social media management.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Proficiency in planning, and creating engaging and shareable content for various social media channels.
- Hands-on experience in operating and managing social media accounts with a focus on consistent brand messaging.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate compelling content.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
