- This is a demanding role which would require multi-disciplinary approach for anticipating and tackling various business themes. An organized mind-set with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines is a must. Intellectual curiosity and out of box thinking would go a long way towards success in this role.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- 1. Set instructional goals and objectives, and create content that matches the requirement
- 3. Able to undertake critical analysis of content and present in practical format
- 4. Create various learning content samples to demonstrate usability and understanding of the requirements
- 7. Help trainer to create engaging learning activities and compelling learning experience
- 8. Identify modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
- 9. Visualize and create learning media (audio, video, infographics, illustrations etc.) with voice over wherever required
- Eligibility

**Required Qualification & Experience**
- 1. Graduation and postgraduation in engineering/science/commerce from a reputed institution.
- 3. Minimum 10 years of experience in Instructional Design in Education domain
- 4. Experience in development and review of different online structures and content

**Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioural Competency): Must-Have**
- 1. Good command over written and oral communication in English
- 2. Good MS office skills
- 3. Understanding of varied learning styles
- 4. Knowledge of Bloom’s Taxonomy
- 5. Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods
- 6. In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- 7. Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- 8. Explainer video creation with voice over
- 9. Designing infographics and learning collateral
