Job Title: Supervisor - Operation Excellence Department
Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance and productivity.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
3. Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance employee skills and performance.
6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and operational excellence.
9. Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management, highlighting departmental achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in an operational excellence role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
5. Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational goals.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Knowledge of SAP
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
